Robert P. Hess (Retired), catching up with longtime friend and former law partner Charles Armstrong.  Chuck is best known for his 28-year tenure as president of the Seattle Mariners baseball club, a position from which he stepped down on January 31, 2014. 

A great time was had by everyone. Pretty amazing reconnecting with some of the best business and legal minds in the world.

Bill is a former managing general partner of the San Francisco Giants baseball team ownership group, he was the principal legal counsel for Microsoft for almost 25 years and served as President of the American Bar Association in 2007–08.  He also referred Robert P. Hess his very first client.

After practicing law and serving the best interest of his clients for more than a half century, Robert P. Hess announces his retirement. His health struggles over the past several years including a heart attack, a stroke and other physical ailments have forced Mr. Hess to step away from a career he has treasured and client's whom he will dearly miss.
